Easy peezy and yummy- Rachael Bergman (Brook).
A great fudge recipe – is hard to stop eating it! You must keep some biscuit pieces large as it adds to the texture so well. So easy too. A good cocoa makes it even richer and better. This one was devoured by all, including workmates asking for another batch! To note- Ngaire is pronounced “Niree”.
