Homemade muesli bars - with fruit, coconut, chocolate and mixed seeds

"This is based from the weekend SMH, very, very good" – Yolanda Derham.

These are soooo gooooood! You will never turn back to store bought again.

They are super easy and so much better than anything you could ever buy – plus no preservatives! I will explain how you mix up the recipe with your favourite combo – you need scales to make this really easy.

The most requested snack by far – adults and kids.

Makes 20 – 30 depending how large the pieces are. V.

In the last 5 minutes of cooking, sprinkle over the chocolate to melt in the final stage.

Allow to cool in tin. I firm it in the fridge for a few minutes for easier slicing.

Then turn out and cut into bars or squares.
